You can initiate a return within 7 days if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, size or counterfeit item

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If it’s device and you have created a password on it, make sure you remove it, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
